This is not a typical single malt from Jura, but it is a very fine bourbon whisky in very good balance. The long aging gives intense and complex flavor notes that everyone can enjoy. Give it plenty of time in the glass and you will be rewarded with a lovely tasting experience.

Нос	85	At first, there's lots of caramel, vanilla and oak. Then fresh fruits like peach and plum appear, followed by citrus like orange and mandarin. Finally, the malt breaks through with hints of hazelnut and melted butter.
Вкус	86	Sweet malt dominates along with ripe fruits like apples and mango. But there is also vegetal acidity with earth and forest floor, and a little bitterness from nuts and grains. Subdued notes of vanilla, chocolate, caramel and leather round out the taste.
Финиш	86	The finish is soft and complex with both sweet, sour and bitter. The sweetness takes over and puts a blanket of sweet alcohol on the tongue that slowly fills the entire mouth and lasts quite a long time.
