Seems a bit fake, the finish. Not very complex, but very pleasant to drink. The bottle design is the highlight. 71-80 – Fine, like to drink by time

Apple, and a very ripe red one at that. Sweet. |

sweetness in the finish. fruit sweetness. Medium length and very comfortable. |
It feels like more and more single casks are coming out of Mannochmore - not so rarely even with a surprisingly good quality, especially with the pure bourbon aging. I find this 2cl sample with a sherry butt finish to be quite solid and fortunately quite clean, so that there is still something of the distillery character.

87.5 I really like the first nose because the finish isn't totally over the top. Fruity and dry, not overly sweet. The aromas are comparatively delicate and quite harmonious for the age and the high alcohol content. Noticeable oak, which then becomes sweeter and sweeter as it develops - I can't say for sure whether that was a PX finish, but due to the slightly spicy and actually present mint aromas I would rather say no. Very solid for the corners, but quite crisp for the price. |

The start is also comparatively round for the key data. The aromas go back in the direction of dry wood, spicy mint herbs and a light plum touch. Exciting, clean, but nothing that I would remember for a long time and for the asking price that would be clearly not enough enjoyment quality |

The mouthfeel is of course already "dry" and a bit sharp at the beginning due to the alcohol content. In the finish, it was a bit too dry and bitter for me personally. |
Insgesamt sehr fasslastig. Alkohol ist gut eingebunden. Fehlnoten habe ich keine. ••• 87
