Возрастной купаж с явным влиянием хереса: сладкий солодово-фруктовый аромат (яблоко, персик, цитрус, ваниль, карамель), пряный перечный вкус. Опытные хвалят вкусовую насыщенность, но единодушно ругают жидкое тело и короткое послевкусие; расхождение — оправдывает ли «15 лет» себя.

В аромате доминируют сладость и фрукты — спелые яблоки и персики, зелёное яблоко, цитрус и апельсиновый мармелад, поверх щедрой ванили и карамели, с редкими нотами золы и мёда; аромат мягкий, округлый и элегантный, хорошо маскирующий спиртуозность. Во вкусе — пряности с чёрным и белым перцем, имбирём, сладость карамели и тропические фрукты, лёгкий дубовый и слабо-горьковатый зерновой оттенок; тело неизменно описывают как жидкое и водянистое, а послевкусие — коротким, хотя у самого опытного ревьюера ванильно-карамельный шлейф держится долго. Хвалят за укрощённое, чистое зерно без неприятного характера и хорошую питкость как недорогую альтернативу купажам вроде Johnnie Walker Green. Оценки согласованны в средней зоне (62–81), но интерпретация возраста расходится: одни опытные явно чувствуют выдержку и хересность и ставят выше, другой опытный отказывается видеть в напитке 15 лет и считает «15» просто числом — эту скептическую позицию разделяют и менее авторитетные авторы, отмечая, что ни аромат, ни вкус не выходят за рамки купажей без указания возраста.

Light golden color. It's not too oily.

Нос	83	Pleasant. Pretty smooth and full. Lots of malt and fruit. Ripe apples and peaches. Ash notes. After a while, some more fresh fruit - green apples and citrus. Lots of vanilla. Caramel.
Вкус	80	Spice notes. Black pepper. Sweetness. Caramel. Some ash. Ginger. Apples. Pretty full structure. Some oak.
Финиш	81	Sweet. Lots of vanilla and caramel. Spices. Black pepper and ginger. White pepper. Apricots. Slightly spicy at first, but then stays in a pleasant version. The aftertaste of vanilla and caramel lasts quite a long time. Peaches in sweet syrup.

- a damn tasty blend with a great aroma - clearly sherry-heavy - unfortunately a bit "thin" in the finish but super tasty - nothing of the unpleasant typical grain character - you can clearly feel the higher age here in comparison to the standard J&B in the green bottle

....a halfway successful blend, but you don't have to know it! ...how one can taste and appreciate the 15 years here is beyond me!

I was expecting something much worse. It's one of the best "cheap" blends I've tried (€22!), it reminds me a bit of JW 15 Green Label, Highland Park 12, and Buchanan's 12. Toffee, honey, candied lemon, apple, grass, black pepper, dried fruit, vanilla, with a fairly obvious hint of peat (I'd say Caol Ila). The texture is clearly very watery, and the finish is short. But the grain whisky is almost completely tame, with no strange notes, and is very pleasant. The 15 years are most evident in its roundness, complexity, and polish, but there's nothing in the aroma and flavor that we wouldn't find in NAS blends. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I find this whisky actually nice and perfectly drinkable. It could be an inexpensive alternative to JW 15.

Spirity, grains, caramel, vanilla, citrus, apple, pepper, some bitter wood. Thin short finish. Average blended stuff the 15 is just a number.

90's bottle (presumely 92-93). Pours a light pale yellow. Scent is very mellow, light and elegant. Hiding the booze rediculously well. Taste is full, bit boozy, but oh so mellow. Honey and grains. mild caramel. so drinkable ! not the most powerfull experience, but quite enjoyable indeed.
